This hotel was finished in 2023 so it was new when we stayed at this location. I would recommend this to any family going on a cruise. The pool has two 8" deep spots perfect for kid. We know our kids loved it.

It is close to the airport. Has rooms to sleep 6 people. So good for large groups. This hotel does offer airport transportation.

Thing to do
One of our first stops is Ron Jon Surf Shop. Then a good place to grab a bite to eat is Sandbar Sports Bar. Right behind that you can access the beach. This is where we took the kid to see their first beach by the ocean.
We did not make it to NASA's Kennedy Space Center last time but we hope to take the kids soon.
When in Orlando either before the cruise or after you can check out Universal Studios or Disney World. We walked the City Walk at Universal Studios with the kids. The year before we went to experience The Wizarding World of Harry Potter Diagon Alley. Also got to ride a few rides but the day went by so fast.
The Universal Studios City Walk offers a lot of shops and restaurants.
Here are the places we have tried.
NBC Sports Grill & Brew. Kids loved the pretzel (note 1 will feed 4 people). Had to stop at The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium to get our fix on chocolate. The kids also wanted to stop at Voodoo Doughnuts. The Hard Rock is a good place to check out we did not have a good dining experience as our server did not put our order in when he took it and we sat there for 2 hours before we got food.
